Has there been any recent news regarding the Ohio Bell building? Also, has there been any new action on 75 Public Square now that work has started on the May Co. building and the Terminal Tower, and the new plans for 55 Public Square? Since it won state historic tax credits, the clock has kinda begun ticking on the apartment conversion and i'm eager to see the top of 75 PS light up ;D Lastly, are the projects at the 925 and john hartness brown buildings still in motion but just waiting on funding, or have some evil demons stepped in to slow these projects down?

Plans for the $11.1 million Hampton Inn project at 171 Water Tower Drive in Madison Village include a four-story structure with 82 guest rooms, according to a July 9 news release from Ashtabula-based JCI Contractors Inc.
