Cleveland: Cleveland Clinic Developments (Non-University Circle)
For those not familiar with Hillcrest Hospital: The red arrow is sitting on the roof of the Emergency Department The red arrow points at the second floor of the West Tower where the current Hillcrest Cancer Center is located. The picture in the above post shows the extension to be off the South wall of the West Tower behind the Emergency Dept. Where the gold star is.

Total shot in the dark here, but could this project be stalling for a TMUD at this point?

Cleveland: Downtown: New Police Headquarters
While I do agree that this design and layout has plenty of room for improvement, please also keep in mind that this is a public building paid for with taxpayer 💰, and there is an obligation to deliver a sensible product that is function over form as well as security over appearance. I do appreciate all the trees in the renders, but yea, this design is not cohesive at all.

Cleveland: General Business & Economic News
Has there been any recent news on this? The Center for Cleveland has a mention on their page, but that's all I can find: " Oct 2020: In 2019, The London Stock Exchange announced Cleveland will be the Americas Headquarters of its Elite program. LSE has postponed the opening of its Cleveland Office to 2021 as a result of delays from Covid-19. The Elite program helps develop small and medium-sized businesses." I have no business insight, but this appeared to come out of nowhere to me back in 2019, and that was exciting! If this had anything to do with CCF London just having the name Cleveland in it, I hope this won't be the last overseas entity that would have otherwise overlooked the 21st largest economy in the U.S. and plant it's headquarters in the area.

'Cinema City' movie studio being planned for Cleveland's east side by Los Angeles filmmaker now back home This sounds fun, "near East 79th Street, north of St. Clair Avenue ." From the article: " “Cinema City” – a campus anchored by four sound stages. Built in phases, the campus would also include housing, retail and space for e-sports and artists." "Cinema City envisions a 150,000 square-foot studio that will hold four soundstages. Williams’ team believes Cinema City could generate 1,000 good-paying jobs in the first five years."- Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
The only question I have that I haven't heard an answer for in this new lakefront proposal, is where the cruise ships will dock when they eventually return. Unless I zoned out and missed it in that hour long video? It appears the newly remodeled C&I facility isn't in these new plans, so I wonder where it is planning to be relocated to. There is also no mention of reconstructing one of the old Huletts like we heard about before COVID, but there are plenty of parks one can be placed in.- Urban Renewal
I don't know what thread this kinda belongs to, but directing Ohio's state liquor tax revenue towards identifying and remediating brownfield sites sounds like a good use. And if the federal government might match some of the investment? Greater Ohio Policy Center - INVESTING IN BROWNFIELDS "On February 23, House Bill 143 and Senate Bill 84 were introduced in the Ohio House of Representatives and the Ohio Senate" so, mildly old news, but lots of opportunity. You mention Tiddlewinks, but I always thought the newer rendition of Nucleus closer resembled Connect 4. 🤪 On a more serious note, I am just as excited about the potential addition and reactivation of the Herold building. In one of @KJP's article on the subject, it lists the potential size of the building at 60,000 square feet, which would be a great size for one of these companies shifting around the area who wants their name on a building. 🤔- Cleveland: Cleveland Clinic News & Info
