True, however traffic and actual access to the Bears stadium is horrendous and a LOT worse than Cleveland's. Chicago has train access nearby, however just like every team, the majority of game attendees are suburbanites creating enormous amounts of congestion.

Fleeting thought: If a developer could somehow purchase this Rite Aid property and all its land, there is some great potential for another apartment & townhouse development. The housing corridors on Franklin and Clinton can be extended with townhouses and then apartments over a Rite Aid fronting W 65th. Just a thought.....

@KJPper google maps it already has a name: The Yard by Phunkenship. With an adjacent building to the East a brewery called Phunkenship? Some association to platform brewing

Random question: does anyone know which building the old Cleveland stock exchange existed in before it was dissolved?

my guess is the old foundation would hold zero of the weight. Either the overhanging portion would in a sense hover above the building or they’d put in columns through the Herold building supporting that portion. Whichever’s more economical.

Just out of curiosity, is it at all possible to physically move the old stark headquarters to another parcel of land? How much would something like that cost normally?

Looks like that unidentified building in the flats will either be next to Margaritaville or on the west bank!
