Cleveland: Ohio City: Development and News
The big one is yet to come. If Weston and Kertesz can pull off the development of the Lutheran lot north of Franklin (coupled with building a parking deck north or south of Vestry), I have a suspicion it could be larger than the Church & State development. And if they can't pull it off, someone else will someday. Had there been any articles about such a project? Was curious to where you heard about it

Cleveland SC Soccer Stadium
Krenzler Field is used for the most part year round, as they have club soccer games going on there as well as the CSU team's home games.

Another random question: Does anyone know the history about the Brownstone Inn on Prospect Ave? I've always thought it was a pretty interesting building that has tons of potential.

Cleveland: Flats East Bank
Was wondering what you guys thought about a pedestrian bridge crossing from the east to west bank of the flats. One would think this would be beneficial. Has such an idea ever came across any of you guys? Thanks!

Cleveland: Flats East Bank
Coincidentally, some friends of mine and I walked past that last week and thought that would be a great spot for an Austin-style outdoor bar, with one or two food trucks / bar carts, Adirondack chairs, some outdoor games, and maybe a fire pit or something. I would not be opposed to such an idea! Definitely would be a cheaper, more viable option.

Cleveland: Flats East Bank
Was wondering if anyone knew who owned this parking lot down in the East Bank Flats. Thought it be a cool idea to put a building here, however the parking for workers in the adjacent buildings would be a dilemma. Anyone have any ideas for what could be possibly put here? The only thing I could think of would be an apartment building with the bottom level a parking garage. Thanks!

Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
Agreed, however the process dealing with the FAA takes up to 20 some years, as previously seen with other cities trying to remove airports. That is the reason why I think the discussion should be had soon.

Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
Unfortunately for the foreseeable future, we will not be able to remove the struggling Burke Lakefront Airport. However, what do you all think about the possibility of moving it Northeast onto the land adjacent to it, opening up a good amount of land closer to I90? Just an idea that popped into my head today. I feel as though a decent amount of infilling would be needed as I am sure that is crap fill. I am also positive Mayor Jackson would hate such a compromise.

Random Question: Anyone have any idea of what factory used to exist on the site of where the "Cleveland Fun Wall" used to exist? I knew it became a popular skate spot until it was torn down. I was curious as it is a fairly large property and close to Ohio City and Tremont. Address is W 28th Pl. Thanks guys!
