Cleveland: Downtown: The Avenue District
This kind of town home development would be ideal next to the old cemetery just east of Progressive stadium. I hope that gets developed some day. Lots of surface lots there.

Cleveland: Random Development and News
The remodeling of the atrium a few years ago is terrible with that new box like restaurant smack in the middle. They got rid of a beautiful fountain and destroyed one of the finest interior spaces in Cleveland.

Like something out of The Shining.

Cleveland: Downtown: The Beacon
I was wondering if the notched corner will be part of the final design or if its there to compensate for the thickness of the cladding. I'm assuming the latter but not sure if it will fill in the notched corner entirely in order to be flush with each other.

Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
I think it will make a rather dramatic entrance (no pun intended) to Playhouse Square and downtown in general coming from the east.

Cleveland: Downtown: Playhouse Square Development and News
It sure would be nice to wedge a tall building in there!
-
Cleveland: Rocket Arena (Gund Arena)
The glass facade that hugs the sidewalk will help create a nice walled in corridor look to the street that wasn't there previously with the old building. Hopefully the Nucleus project will do something similar on the other side of the street to compliment the look.

Cleveland: Ohio City: Church+State (West 29th & Detroit Ave)
looks like an exciting project: http://www.freshwatercleveland.com/breaking-ground/ChurchandState011419.aspx?fbclid=IwAR2vxZQcKmuh_5tpgHyYsa9NhFs6nYU_y2_BO5UuuB3ToF_0lhGLnileuvw

Cleveland: Downtown: May Company Building
This building will dazzle at night with indirect lighting. I just hope they highlight the natural color of the building. I think the colored LED lighting of the Terminal Tower is ugly. Like a kid coloring it in with a crayon. With old buildings highlight the natural color.

I think you chose well! I don't think i would enjoy the view of the Justice center across the street. Playhouse Square is a much better location.

I would be happy to see it filled up to the inner belt highway during my lifetime.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
That Gehry building would have been a show stopper for this town!

Cleveland: Downtown: nuCLEus
Hopefully the refurbishment of Quickens Loans Arena will serve as a catalyst for this ambitious project. Would love to see Prospect Avenue be built up next after the Euclid Corridor revitalization is nearing completion.

The signage seems very old school to me. It may very well be a nostalgic reference to the old Superman comic books.- Downtown Cleveland Architecture
Nice shot! Never noticed that before, and I've walked by it many times.- Downtown Cleveland Architecture
The PNC building when illuminated at night is a beautiful building. The accentuated whiteness of the building is a welcome relief to the skyline. 55 PS doesn't do much for me, day or night. Erieview has elegant proportions and has aged quite well.- Downtown Cleveland Architecture
That and the offset windows will have an interesting visual impact. The Key Bank has some interesting reflective properties as well on its crown and the metal poles that run down the windows. Downtown needs more visually exciting buildings such as these. Most are very bland and boring.- Cleveland: Downtown: The Centennial (925 Euclid Redevelopment)
Would love to see the City Club get a face lift. The exterior is so filthy that it takes much away from The Schofield being joined at the hip as it is. It has such great potential!- Cleveland: Downtown: May Company Building
The May Company facade will be just as impressive as The Schofield when its restoration is finally completed. Quite a remarkable renaissance downtown is experiencing with all the various projects being developed simultaneously. I've lived here for fifty years and have never seen anything like it.- Cleveland: Downtown: John Hartness Brown Buildings / Euclid Grand
Cleveland Construction did a fabulous job with the Trump International Hotel at the Old Post Office in D.C. . I hope they get the job as well, politics aside. https://www.clevelandconstruction.com/portfolio/trump-international-hotel-at-the-old-post-office/ - Cleveland: Downtown: The Beacon
