  1. The view of the Justice Center from one of these apartments must be spectacular! Talk about a rude awakening.
  2. I like the fact that Midtown is equal distance between downtown and university circle. You have the best of both worlds in terms of sporting events and plays in the former and museums and concerts in the latter. Easy bike ride either way. Midtown doesn't have its own identity but the location is very good and is its best selling point.

  4. I passed by the surface parking lot between the City Club and The Residence at 668 and noticed a sign that indicates that it is available for development. Any rumors about any takers on this property? Looks like a perfect location for another high-rise like The Beacon but on the south side to balance out the height of the Euclid corridor. It's a gaping hole for sure that needs to be filled.

Some random photos i took today.
  6. I agree that the south side of the Euclid Corridor needs to be built up. The Lumen is a good start.
  7. As side note, if anyone is curious, the tallest tree on the planet a Coast Redwood called Hyperion tops out at 380 ft! The closest highrise in cleveland would be The 9 at 383'.
  8. I wish the design of the Top of the Hill development incorporated more of an English Tudor style to go with the rest of the neighborhood. Shaker Square has a consistent Georgian theme that is part of its charm, likewise with Cedar/Fairmount village in its predominant Tudor architecture. This project destroys that in my opinion.
