Kind of reminds me of the low key Swagelok enterprise. You have to squint to see the tiny logo if by chance you drive by in Solon.

I sure hope SW picks the Public Square location. Not only does it complete the square it would also help integrate the the Warehouse district (as well as the Flats east bank) with the rest of downtown into a cohesive whole. Right now its pretty isolated and requires an ugly walk thru surface lots. That link is an essential piece of the puzzle.- Cleveland: Downtown: John Hartness Brown Buildings / Euclid Grand
Cleveland has great old bones! I remember after the Republican Convention, Greta Van Susteren on twitter made a comment: "if you want in on a little secret Cleveland has great old buildings". I thought that was a nice compliment from someone who is obviously well traveled.- Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
After the investigation which could take some time. Everything was running so smoothly until now.- Cleveland: Downtown: nuCLEus
Never get your hopes too high in this town unless you see actual digging.- Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
It doesn't really extend the skyline east if you include both Rhodes and Fenn Tower which are officially withing the downtown district boundary.- Cleveland: Downtown: Cleveland Athletic Club Redevelopment
It wasn't too long ago when this building had a dank stench of mildew combined with urine emanating form the sidewalk.- Cleveland: Downtown: Cleveland Athletic Club Redevelopment
Looks like a place with a lot of character. Should be a big hit!- Cleveland: Downtown: May Company Building

Reminds me of the Clinic campus where it is much more appropriate and practical.- Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
Don't like the ugly view of the roof of the Keith from the top floors. Better to stay below it I think. Love the view of the theaters!- Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen

The views of Cleveland from the west side coast is comparable to San Francisco.- Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
My bad. I mistook Jersey City for Newark.- Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
Newark tops the list for the outstanding view of the Manhattan skyline. Likewise Ohio City with its great view of the Cleveland skyline should go go as well.- Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
There are quite a few windowless blank facades in downtown that used to be obscured with other buildings that were razed that need to be rebuilt on those locations to improve the aesthetics of the city imo.- Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
Lets just hope they don't use those balconies to hang their cloths out to dry.- Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
The back side of the Keith is rather ugly. That's the side that should have been blocked with a modern building.- Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
The height of the surrounding buildings makes this building much more prominent. It's only about 50 ft taller than the Beacon for comparison. As a general rule 400ft and above in order to make a significant dent on the skyline.- Cleveland: Downtown: nuCLEus
If that were true the success of The Beacon would have improved the chances of NuCLEaus being built considering that the two locations are closer together. - Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
