  1. Should create some nice reflections during sunrise and sunset!
  2. Except now we're forced to look up to them both literally and figuratively and visa-versa.
  3. Now if we can just extend that development all the way to University Circle we'll have something akin to Manhattan .... or rather one street of it anyway.
  4. A much more significant building than the stubby Beacon.
  5. This building will have an entirely different vibe as night approaches and the glass wall dissolves away leaving the curved panels of the atrium front and center.
  6. The signage fits with the off center shifted design theme that building is trying to convey. It's odd in a good way. It's what makes it unique.
  7. Masthead Brewery should get a bump in business thanks to this development although I think there are too many of them now in general.
  8. No quite ready for its close-up yet, but the reflection of the Keith on the Lumen reminds me of the delusional Norma Desmond from Sunset Boulevard in a peculiar way... all washed up from a different era and ready to go for round two in her own mind.
  9. I didn't anticipate the narcissistic quality of this building. Like a starstruck actor Keith is able to look in the mirror now giving us double the pleasure.
  10. I would prefer a green space on both banks of the Cuyahoga river from the lake to the CVNP and then the developments in its outer edges.
  11. My sentiments exactly. From a bird's eye perspective it looks terrible but from a street level not so much. These are narrow parking spaces that could be covered with trees or some green roof.
  12. Soon they will be able to spy on you with their telescopes!
  13. Can't think of a better strategic location for this project. Its a prime piece of real estate.
  14. Small but powerful. The central business district of any city behaves very much like a nucleus of a cell. This will become even more true as wealth and power becomes even more centralized and concentrated in the hands of the few. Its actually an appropriate name in terms of the developments location.

As more wealthy individuals live in downtown Cleveland the convenience of having your own private jet nearby becomes greater. Not to mention all the wealthy out of state visitors who come for business or pleasure (like a Cavs game for example). I'm sure people like Jimmy Haslam or Dan Gilbert love the convenience of Burke. Even now I see plenty of corporate jets landing and taking off every ten to fifteen minutes whenever I visit the area.
  16. I can only imagine that the noise level and commotion will be unbearable for the tenant until after the building is complete.
  17. The Keith building is blocking the view of the Lumen. How dare he!
  18. The west side has the added benefit of a nice view of the skyline compared to Brahtenal which is blocked off by the nature preserve. Having an impressive skyline sells. Ohio City, Duck Island, Tremont all have stunning views of the city which increases demand and therefor prices.
  19. Should be annexed by Cleveland.
  20. Ideally that location should be reserved for a corporate skyscraper facing the square.
  21. This project will extend the skyline south the way the Lumen will extend the skyline east. Two of the most important and vibrant streets in Cleveland!
  22. The transformation is really striking when driving west on Euclid as you drive under the railroad bridge. Bam!
  23. especially when you add the glass!
  24. Nuts that they don't build around the cemetery being this close to the ball park and arena. Just a matter of time.
  25. Any plans on shoring up the old pedestrian bridge on the left to the stadium, or do they plan on knocking it down? its ugly as hell as it stands right now. Also, what's the latest word on the giant superman statue?
