Good to what that they all anticipate being able to still open in the future.

Any word is Dante is still going to move forward with Goma eventually? I would expect a delay but hopefully it isn’t scrapped totally.

Knez, just posted on Instagram about some of the new homes being rentals with a lease to buy option. COVID is really gonna hit the market hard I think.

Probably will depends how long this goes on. My company like a lot of others basically is in hibernation mode just preserving cash. Short term we fine but it goes long, idk how many companies can survive this.

I’m amazed on the pushback over having conditions on the loans. Like republicans aren’t even trying to hide the fact they want to simply enrich their donors. This needs to pass because workers and companies need that cash ASAP. Just gotta bridge the next few months, get past this and get back on track. I cannot wait to go to a bar or restaurant again.....

Really think it depends how long this lasts. Lot of ppl laid off right now, but if things reopen in a month, we probably rebound quickly.

Mine was full actually. They split us into two smaller groups four tours. My only complaint is that all the 2 bdrs are in prospect side of building, would have enjoyed those city views.

We just did our tour today. Units are really stunning. We are going to sign there in the next few weeks I think. Added a few pictures my wife took on tour.
