Just spoke with leasing. Tours probably will start next Monday!

Emailed today, tours start in March and move ins July.

What basis would he have for this? Also, highly doubt Dante would place A new restaurant there if that were the case.

Beacon was in the news this morning, very strange they had the owner of Society in the apt making drinks at like 7am. My wife and I are touring this apt in a few weeks (along with a number of other properties). Will post pictures after.

I am so excited to see what this level of density does to PHS.

Retail is struggling everywhere.

Chiantos was due to a dispute with the landlord I believe not foot traffic. As many have said here, I think Greenhouse May have more to do with Sawyer than foot traffic. Who knows though.

Really like those apartments. One of the few lakefront options in the city.
