  1. Preleasing was supposed to start this month, but I haven’t heard a thing. I don’t believe a website is even up yet?
  2. Wife and I did Marble Room yesterday. Absolutely top notch food and service. We stuck around the bar afterward for drinks too. Really nothing else like it in Cleveland, I highly recommend.

  5. I love the townhomes being built there. The neighborhood is becoming so vibrant. People buying/building there also makes me think there will be a lasting positive effect. My wife and I will probably end up buying there (mainly due to complete lack of options downtown).
  6. The lateral movement in the Lumen will depend on the renting price. Part of why I think we need varying rents downtown, attracts different populations. On that note, really can’t wait to get more info on the Lumen!
  7. Also really want to see if they plan on doing a rooftop bar like what was mentioned.

  12. There will be some big projects coming online this summer for leasing. Really great to see.
  13. Cannot wait to tour this building. Really nothing like it in Cleveland.

  15. I am very curious to see what the units will go for. I’d expect similar to the Beacon?
  16. This is exactly my wife and I are moving back. Cleveland has the amenities you don’t typically see in a city of its size, more than enough to keep us busy. Cost of living, however, let us take jobs with a better work life balance and still have money to travel.
  17. My wife just interviewed at Metro and was really really impressed by the people and the organization as a whole.
  18. Amazing news and great location. Finally get to avoid the parking lot desert walking from PS to the warehouse district.
  19. Pricing and floor plans are up on the website. Some of units are set up very nicely. Also, pricing is great for what you get. 1500 sq ft units for 370-400k is very reasonably priced, especially for a brand new build.

  21. I mean you’re right they are selling. I guess it’s solid evidence that anything closer to the middle of everything should have even higher demand.

  23. My only concern, we want to buy downtown, but not a fan of this location at all or the height of the building. Much rather buy a unit in the tower. Really hope it’s built.
  24. The unit you toured? Was is a 1 bedroom? I just wonder how big the kitchen will be in the two bedroom units.
