We are moving back next June. We certainly intend to move into a 2 or 3 bedroom unit.

Been to New York several times the last few years. The Lumen fits in with the new construction ive seen.

For now, I assume it’ll be updated the closer we get to completion. Was happy to see the apartments are going to be nice siZes, hoping the layout is good.

Any word if anything is going in to the old Chinato spot in east 4th? Can’t imagine that’ll stay vacant forever.

Agreed. High density building like this in Playhouse will do wonders. The Downtown Cleveland Alliance just published their report showing that occupancy rate is at 92%. Clearly, the market can handle more buildings.

Any idea when we will hear updates on this or a pre-leasing timeline? They still don’t have a website.

I will say of all the new apt buildings going in, this one has my favorite floor plans by far. Super well designed.

Any idea when we will get interior renderings or potential floorplans?
