  1. While I'm sure the concept has morphed 100 times by now back when Nuevo was still under construction the developer's plan included some method of getting between the Rock Hall and the Science Center w/o going outside to make them more accessible in the winter and to make the area more of a destination than a place people pop into for 1 thing and leave.
  2. Cool! That's becoming one of the nicest hotels in the city even for locals to enjoy. It was already was IMO even before the lobby renos.
  3. I can see Van Aken being their biggest competitor. It really is nice. I can't quite put my finger on it but the layout and landscape design and general feel of Van Aken is I think better than Pinecrest - even ignoring the tenants and content of the development
  4. I love the neighborhood. It's one of the city's spots where for quite a few blocks in all directions you have nice development with low street level vacancies. Heavy dining focus west of CSU which makes sense with the theater but hopefully the Lumen can bring in more non-food tenants in line with the likes of the hair salon and the tailor etc.
  5. Yeah not sure how that works as a test of the market for expansion at CVG
  6. Yeah w/ just 1x/wk WN is forcing people to fly them only one-way. I think a full 7 days in LAS is above the average vacation length for that destination. I find F9's schedule of like Wednesday / Saturday annoying enough but 1 day only is useless.
