When these are done, Euclid is really going to be something special. And the Centennial is the icing on the cake. So excited.

No way is it 500 feet dude... The estimations are around 250 feet giving that this building will only be 22 stories.

Is this project currently under construction?

If there are any public city council meetings that cover this Sherwin-Williams move, I'd love to attend. We need to show our voices that Sherwin is appreciated here in NEO.

If that's the case, this would be the worst news Cleveland's had in over a decade. Keeping my fingers crossed Sherwin doesn't make this horrible move.

If only Urban Ohio was in charge of the city ? There would definitely be a lot more enthusiasm and urgency. That's for sure.

After Sherwin leaves the Landmark office towers, they would make a great apartment/condo conversion project. Very similar size to the Centennial.

The costs to move to NYC or LA would be too huge. I don't see how that could benefit the company. I work in software development, and the average salary in NYC/LA is over 50% more than it is here in Cleveland.

If Sherwin-Williams stays in downtown Cleveland, I'll be the happiest I've ever been. If they decide to leave Cleveland but stay in NEO, I'll be disappointed but not angry. If they decide to leave the state, I'll legit never buy their paint again.

Anything over 1,121' would make it the tallest building in the country outside of NYC and Chicago.

No. It tops out about half way between where the top floor is now and the top of the crane.

Idk... If we get all those west side parking lots developed I'd say that's a huge win. Having a single tall building is cool, but developing all these parking lots might be better in my opinion. Plus 700 feet is still tall.

Yeah it actually makes me mad cause I don't have any faith that Start will do anything. They will end up empty lots. I'm disgusted.

Good catch. I didn't realize they aren't going by the render. Yeah I have no idea what pattern they're going for now.

First off, all-glass designs are extremely common in modern architecture. The building would still be cool if it was all-glass, but it would have nothing to differentiate itself from other glass buildings. I prefer the lines. Secondly, there is a pattern. The lines go 4, 3, 2 and 1. They aren't random.

Just out of respect for the other buildings, I'd rather have the shorter 1100' tower. Our skyline would look very odd with a single building over 1400' tall. Plus, a second R&D tower looks very nice. Maybe far into the future a 1400' tower would look fine. We just need more 1000'+ towers to help it blend in better.
