Not much has changed yet. They're still cleaning up the rotten interior.

From this article, it sounds like the project is far from dead. Hopefully 2019 is a good year for nuCLEus.

Very unlikely... But possible I guess?

I think it might be a little too late for that.. Next recession might be right around the corner!

I hope it's still relatively large. I wasn't a fan of the old renderings, but I liked the projects height. They should go for a much cleaner design instead of making a bunch of awkward, ugly shapes. For example, I LOVE the design of Detroit's new skyscraper.

Cleveland: Downtown: Skyline 776 (City Club Apartments)
If this project is indeed around 300 units, we'll be looking at a 30+ story building. The site it too small to contain that many apartments under 30 stories. (Unless they're micro units) Hence why we might be looking at another Lumen-sized building.

Cleveland: Downtown: Skyline 776 (City Club Apartments)
The main thing that's keeping me hopeful that it's going to be 20+ stories is that the lot is pretty small. If they want a few hundred apartments, it'll have to be at least 20 stories.. (Unless they do micro units or something). Or maybe even destroy the parking garage and build a wider, less tall building all the way to prospect?

Hey, I'll take anything to fill in that gap. It'll make Euclid feel complete. Can't wait to see these renderings!!!

Cleveland: Filling in Euclid Avenue
If this project actually happens, we would have 3 apartment high-rises completed along Euclid Ave. in a span of 5 years! Freaking unbelievable.

Cleveland: Downtown: Skyline 776 (City Club Apartments)
I hope this is true.. A 400+ foot building would fit in so nicely there.

So excited to see renderings of the new building. Expecting it to be around 20 floors, but hopefully it's more.

I just hope they do something too... It wouldn't surprise me if this doesn't happen for awhile though.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
I doubt they'd revive a project from the early 90's. In general, architecture has vastly changed since then. It will most likely be a modern-styled building. But who knows. They could surprise us.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
I work at Sherwin-Williams, so the day a new tower is announced, my office will be throwing a party. So excited if this is announced next year.

I'm glad they're changing the name to "The Statler". I wonder what the timeline of this project is? It looks like they still have a decent amount of work to do.

What are the chances of this project actually happening? It seems like forever ago that the plans were released to the public, but nothing's happened. Is this a lost cause?

Was walking past the building on my way to work today and noticed how fast they've cleaned up the first floor already. Excited for this to start taking shape.

https://www.ccn.com/major-museum-in-the-us-to-accept-bitcoin-big-win-for-crypto-awareness/ The Great Lakes Science Center becomes the 3rd museum in the United States to accept cryptocurrency as payment. Kinda interesting. I'll have to go there this week and pay in crypto to support this.
