I just noticed the "Parkside on Pearl" is mapped to the wrong spot. It's mapped to where that awesome Kaufman development was rejected by NIMBYs behind the Local Bar/Salon Loft plaza. It should be on .....Pearl......behind the new Moxy hotel on the east side of High.

Does the same developer own that strip of land that was supposed to be retail?

This intersection is really shaping up to be quite awesome. The Beeker building alone helps it feel so much more urban. Just need that southeast corner developed! That pizza place is dubious at best, anyway ?

I've been to the Domain. It was kinda cool. But for the same reason I dislike Easton, I asked the same question when I was there: "Why isn't this just downtown?"

Wish I could go up there ? Tenants and employees only, right?

That seems crazy. They need to further connect Easton to Downtown somehow. I wonder if Wexner would be open to helping build some kind of high quality rapid transit between the two? 20-40 story building in Easton? That seems like Downtown part II.....but it's not downtown. Easton is so weird to me.

Whhhyyyyy must that abandoned Dollar General still remain but Yoga on High had to go!?! bblllaaahhhh.....someone buy that land!!

That comparison picture is really cool! But.......I don't see the Greek church in the left picture. I thought it was old! Is it just not visible? It seems like it should be....

I hope it's at least a bit taller than Flats I and II. Just by a couple floors. There's a lot of room for more residents in this area.

I'm very confused by this article appearing now. I thought they reached a deal months ago when we "saved the Crew"? I'm a bit dense. What exactly is THIS then and is it a good thing? Why is no Arena land deal made yet and is this par for the course of this type of development or should I worry?

I work pretty close to these buildings. I hope this means they won't be demolished. For some reason, I rather like them. They fit in very well with the block.
