  1. "This new hospital will have twice the capacity of the $1.1 billion, 420-bed, 21-story James Cancer Hospital that opened in 2012." ummmmmm yes!! ? I wonder how many stories this thing could reach
  2. The new site plan looks awesome! I'm really excited about this development and the transformation of Franklinton. Any idea when this is supposed to break ground?
  3. I took a peak at Elford Realty's website: https://elfordrealty.com/featured-commercial-properties/. There is only 40,000 square feet of office space still available, which means that 110,000 of space is already accounted for. Does anyone have an idea if "anchor tenant" could be the last 40,000? My guess is that they already found the anchor tenant who took up a bulk of that 110,000 sf.... I'm not giving up hope yet!
  4. It's going to be fascinating to see a before-and-after of this picture, let's keep growing Franklinton to the south!
  5. I disagree. I think this will be one the nicest looking building in the Short North once it is complete. The front complements the rest of the Short North with its brick facade, and the top is a more modern glass scheme that complements the other mostly glass buildings going up as we speak (711 N High and the Pizutti office project). A well done design in my opinion
  6. Does anyone know what is being built on Olentangy River Road right behind Cap City Diner?
  7. Am I the only one that thinks this building is about as ugly as it could be? I thought the orange outside signified it had still been under construction this whole time
