Ohio Ski Resorts
I haven't been to Timberline since the big renovation. The terrain is way better than Canaan valley and pretty similar to Holiday Valley. I've yet to go to Seven Springs or Snowshoe, but I'd imagine they have nicer amenities. Timberline usually has the best prices though.

Timberline is an absolute gem, too. Some of the best skiing within a 6 hour drive of Columbus. 1000' vertical, really good terrain and a 2 mile run. So glad to see the Perfect's fixed it up.

Columbus: Downtown: Franklin County Government Center Projects
There was some talk back in the spring about a new courthouse being built. Wasn't it part of the May 7th ballot?

Columbus: Downtown: Merchant Building
Dang @DevolsDance, that's pretty impressive! 35 stories sure would look nice over there. It sure makes me really hope Millennial Tower gets built. It would do such a nice job of filling in the gaps.

Here's a really low quality mock up of the skyline after these projects are complete. Scales are definitely way off.

I'm pretty sure it would have to be the Dorian space because they said it was an absolute MUST that any new building connect to existing buildings on the block.

The money for this project got approved in yesterday's election. So now do they have decide whether to renovate or build new?

That site also advertises 20 foot ceilings which at 27 stories would make it much taller than the designs. I'm assuming not all floors would be 20 foot?

Has there been any news on this project or is it stalled for the winter?
