Cincinnati: Random Development and News
Big news for St. Bernard - Up to 200 units of new apartments and townhouses in the works for the business district. Taken from the St. Bernard newsletter: The St. Bernard Community Improvement Corporation recently signed a pre-development agreement for a joint venture with Regnum Capital Partners and Civitas Development Corporation for a $32,000,000 mixed-use development at the current St. Bernard Square Shopping Center that will include up to 200 residential units consisting of townhouses, an apartment building, walkups, and 5,000 square feet of retail space. This project also includes the capital advisory expertise of Stacksource Inc. and the local architect/engineer/planning firm GBBN, who has extensive experience in mixed-use projects. There will be various community engagement opportunities through this process, and we encourage you to get involved. I heard they have no plans to do the other tower. Maybe they'll change their mind now that the Blonde is currently 100% leased.

It's not. The owners of the glass building sold the historic ones to Pure Romance.

Not sure if mentioned somewhere, but Sudsy Malone's is coming down next week. Apparently they saved a piece of the old sign and it'll be making its way to MOTR.

Heard through the grapevine that the first tenants will start moving in this weekend.

^ Seems like Gano Street and Luth Lyons Lane would be ideal for this as well, since you already have bars/restaurants on multiple sides, House of Adam ready to be redeveloped, and lights already strung.

Construction fencing is up for this project at the NW and NE corners of Hamilton/North Bend. Excavators are on the NW side, so hopefully we'll see dirt move this week.

I really wish Uptown Rental Properties would tear down their own office building and build something more substantial: https://www.google.com/maps/place/2600+Short+Vine+St,+Cincinnati,+OH+45219/@39.1308743,-84.5094325,3a,75y,96.21h,94.74t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sjlblBMHwT82Nwat-CqJX0g!2e0!7i16384!8i8192!4m5!3m4!1s0x8841b3ed2b2ef3f5:0xec552269f828eb0d!8m2!3d39.1292535!4d-84.5093034

Not sure if this has been posted anywhere, but they have been working on the interior demolition of the buildings at 3rd at Main to make way for a new hotel. The plan was to keep the facades, and build a new building behind them. Hope to see that start soon.

Ohio: Fortune 500 Companies Updates & Discussion
Did I miss something? Other than AK Steel, which company is Cincy in danger of losing? Macy's is already reported for NY, so Cincy would drop to 7. Also, I doubt that CFC will drop completely off the list from the 400 spot.

Weird Real Estate Listings
Spring in Our Steps had an Instagram post about this project. Apparently they paved over the public cobblestone alley without a permit to create a parking pad. It sounded like they were going to take some kind of action.

Ah, thanks. I saw the "Willkommen" on the sign so I thought it was up near Liberty and Republic. No wonder why I couldn't place it.

^ I should know, but I'm drawing a blank - Where is that? I'm really looking forward to the new Willkommen project buildings, especially the ones on Vine and Pleasant/Liberty.

Any chance of the small lot at 12th and Vine getting built on once the new lot is open?
