Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
Depending on what happens with CSU’s changing master plan and some other potential developments (thinking of the Spaghetti House location) that already great view might become even better!

Cleveland: Downtown: Justice Center Complex Replacement
https://indd.adobe.com/view/c6e0ffd6-e59c-4409-9e9e-470398c57ecf Starting on Page 38, there is an article which the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Journal has published a couple of times now, which makes the case for the successor courthouse to be a Green, LEED Certified building and references newer built courthouses. Not overly noteworthy, but just thought I'd share.

The river looks so clean and inviting. Can't underestimate the turnaround of the river has on this area

Cleveland: Ohio City: Church+State (West 29th & Detroit Ave)
I hope not, because in that case it is looking like a Bobby George expansion...

Cleveland: Nautica Development
Wow those are pretty nice. I pass that building about once a week and I don't think the outside makes it seem like it is rehabbed. But I'll eat crow on that one...

Cleveland: Nautica Development
I actually think this is one time I am okay with no proposed ground floor retail. This area is definitely close enough to the Quarter/any retail at Church and State, that even your typical Cleveland anti-walking sentiment can’t argue...and I think retail along there is more important. I also wish this included a purchase and rehab of the neighboring four story buildings. Although I’d imagine if this plan comes to fruition they won’t sit as is for long...

I know this picture looks like it was taken by a potato, and won’t do my point justice. But I snapped it earlier today because this project creates such an impression of density when looking west.

Is this new information? I saw it on the DCA’s Instagram page. I don’t recall seeing it. Here’s their website: www.cleptf.org

Brecksville: Sherwin-Williams Research & Development Center
My thoughts were perhaps HQ on the Bedrock site with R&D being built on Scranton.

Sorry for the poor picture, but is this the Astrup building? Just trying to get my bearings right...

Cleveland: Ohio City: INTRO (Market Square / Harbor Bay Development)
I didn't get a great look but it appears there is a Key Bank "coming soon" sign of sorts in the West 25th Lofts retail space.

Cleveland: Downtown: Justice Center Complex Replacement
Great story KJP, but small detail: the Housing Court is a division of the Cleveland Municipal Court, not a county court. Additionally, I thought (but could be wrong) the entirety of the DR court is in the old courthouse on Lakeside?

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
I am a bit confused on how choosing the Bedrock site allows SHW to be less disruptive. If anything, as this site is encompassing and modernizing The current Breen, I would imagine it would slow down production and efficiency there while having to transition. I wonder if this would mean they would build all new construction initially and then rehab Breen? By no means am I an expert on any of this process, so I may be way off. I also am surprised they would choose to “modernize” Breen, rather than a tear down with new construction...although that may be impossible given the need to utilize Breen.

Cleveland: Cleveland State University: Development and News
Not to get too far off track, but Pitt had a great stadium which was torn down. I know many in that community believe switching to Heinz Field has been a disaster attendance wise. As for CSU, I’d much rather they figure out their Wolstein Center issue than worry about adding a football stadium or program.
