  2. Immediate lot north of TQL 150 rooms rooftop bar restaurant ect.150 rooms seems to equal 6 or 7 stories open late 2023 per enquirer
  3. Most of these parcels Sugar Creek bought are vacant lots.Would seem they are planning to build something here? 1.35 acres of land
  4. 282 units and a $150 mil cost.Looks like it will be done up to the nines.Carew Tower and the Terrance Hilton are up next. https://www.bizjournals.com/cincinnati/news/2022/06/24/city-club-apartments-pnc-tower-project-underway.html

People with FC Cincinnati are saying Cincinnati will be getting World Cup matches. Not the main draws but still in.
  8. I maybe reading this wrong but it seems Judge Berding threw OTR Adopts entire motion and appeal out. THE BUSINESS JOURNALS Select a City Search Form MenuClose RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE Magistrate rules in $80 million Liberty & Elm development Enlarge The height of the building at Liberty and Elm was brought down to five stories in the latest design. ELEVAR DESIGN GROUP By Chris Wetterich Staff reporter and columnist, Cincinnati Business Courier May 23, 2022 An Over-the-Rhine group has no standing to challenge the city’s approval of a massive mixed-use project, Hamilton County Magistrate Anita Berding has ruled. But Berding’s ruling may not be the final world, with the plaintiff in the case, nonprofit real estate firm OTR Adopt, urging Hamilton County Common Pleas Judge Lisa Allen to reject it earlier this month. Kean Development’s project in the northwest corner of Liberty and Elm streets, which also includes the demolished former Boys and Girls Club site, has been ensnared in a court battle over approvals given to it by city regulators for more than a year. The $80 million project calls for 305 units, a 210-space parking garage and 11,717 square feet of retail. It includes two new buildings and the rehabilitation of four historic buildings.
  9. I should correct this as the Council Committee voted historic designation down 7-1.Full council vote tommorow. It will go down in flames.Birkla seems to have the most interest in redevelopment.
  10. City Council voted against historic landmark status.
  11. Yes so have I Pitino wanted no part of sharing the facility nor did the UL athletic department. Why would they want to share a facility where thier the primary tenant.Big payoff by a team perhaps but highly doubtful.
  12. Not the case he university already quashed the cities expansion efforts a decade ago when they built YUM center. Its in the lease UL can be the only primary tenant in the arena. It wouldn't have been built without UL being the primary and only tenant
  13. Louisville will never get a team simply because UL does not want a team there. The arena lease is theirs.
  14. New Orleans has been linked to relocation rumors. Its a moot point unless thier is a viable arena but Cincinnati with billionaires involved isn't impossible for a NBA franchise.
  15. It's Berdings pipe dream ownership is just backing him.
  16. If there is a actual viable arena in the city and billionaires willing it Lindner and Whitman are worth near 10 billion it is possible.Likely hell no but possible.
  17. That's thier plan even pie in the sky dreams of going for a NBA team.
  18. FC ownership is pushing the arena in this location. Its why this proposal from Hines has been on the shelf for 18 months.
  19. There is also this out there. https://www.cincinnati.com/story/news/2022/05/02/new-cincinnati-arena-possible-for-west-end/7451446001/
  20. They already have it the .5 sales tax passed in 96 has no sunset date.
  21. The state of Kentucky and Newport is footing the bill for the startup Lab why not? $25 million for the 10sq foot lab space and parking garage. This other facility is over $100 million 150k sq feet.Id bet on the lab going to the IRS site and CTI facility going in the Innovation Corridor.
  22. You maybe correct but these are 2 completely different facilities being built.
  23. The bubble is until the Bengals build a permanent structure. It doesn't take much to realize they will ultimately build the permanent facility where Hilltop Concrete is operating out of.10 acres north of this 6.7 acres.
  24. Most or almost zero realize they won't be a new tax for any new stadium or PBS renovation. The half cent sales tax passed in 1996 has no expiration date.Im guessing the Bengals get a half billion dollar renovation without a huge backlash anything more and it's bloody murder cries against it.
