Columbus: Downtown Developments and News
Add a few years, add a few kids, add a basement office, and things will be nice as long as Corp doesn't mandate the return. When they do, we'll see what happens. I'm pretty comfortable in the WFH lifestyle.

Columbus: Bicycling Developments and News

Columbus: Downtown: Arena District Developments and News
Whopper Jr replied to CMH_Downtown's post in a topic in Central & Southeast Ohio Projects & ConstructionThe north side of Spring Street could be our little Gold Coast of Columbus, but instead of a Great Lake or an ocean, we have the Scioto River. Seriously, there are nice views of the river and downtown from that perspective, especially if you get up higher.

Columbus: Downtown: Capital Line
Whopper Jr replied to columbus17's post in a topic in Central & Southeast Ohio Projects & ConstructionLooks great...but I wonder what the rationale is for picking Rich over Main? The only things I can think of are direct access to the Commons and maybe Rich Street bridge is a better option than Main Street bridge?? Other than that, I'd pick Main over Rich.

If the buyer wants to get really crazy, they could probably fit in another new mid-rise directly on the SWC of Broad and High between Wyandotte and 17 S High. They'd lose some existing retail but that is a prime corner (if not THE prime corner).

Whopper Jr replied to CMH_Downtown's post in a topic in Central & Southeast Ohio Projects & ConstructionLet's cut some slack. These are the Connect modular units that are likely a work in progress. A good idea the can hopefully be replicated.
