  1. Add a few years, add a few kids, add a basement office, and things will be nice as long as Corp doesn't mandate the return. When they do, we'll see what happens. I'm pretty comfortable in the WFH lifestyle.
  2. I think the protected bike lane would run south from Crosswoods on High Street to Hudson, then cut over to Summit, then back to High Street south of Goodale all the way past Greenlawn.
  3. Yeah these wood things have a limited life. Class A institutional money is not here yet for multifamliy, so this is a notch up for now.
  4. I really do wonder how these monoliths will age?
  5. The north side of Spring Street could be our little Gold Coast of Columbus, but instead of a Great Lake or an ocean, we have the Scioto River. Seriously, there are nice views of the river and downtown from that perspective, especially if you get up higher.
  6. I still maintain they can fit another builiding, or at least an expansion of the existing buildings, on the corner here. Pull it right out to both sidewalks.
  7. The Neil / North Bank to Peninsula pedestrian bridge always seems like it makes the most sense. Could be complicated with the train bridge, but still achievable if it's a priority.
  8. Clintonville is not needing in many departments, but a new library / rec center would be welcomed and very well utilized.
  9. According to the LinkUs website, the East Main BRT will also run on Rich.
  10. Looks great...but I wonder what the rationale is for picking Rich over Main? The only things I can think of are direct access to the Commons and maybe Rich Street bridge is a better option than Main Street bridge?? Other than that, I'd pick Main over Rich.
  11. Well that is some fortress-like screening.
  12. The 20' elevator shaft sticking out the top of the building is what doesn't sit right with me.
  13. If the buyer wants to get really crazy, they could probably fit in another new mid-rise directly on the SWC of Broad and High between Wyandotte and 17 S High. They'd lose some existing retail but that is a prime corner (if not THE prime corner).
  14. Let's cut some slack. These are the Connect modular units that are likely a work in progress. A good idea the can hopefully be replicated.
