Jalen Ramsey needs to be the pick. If the browns pass on a qb at 2, I would bet that 1 of the top 3 is there are 32. I would also trade a 3rd round pick to the Bengals for A.J if possible.

FC Cincinnati Discussion
umm, the Bengals did copy the Browns. When Paul Brown got fired He owned the Equipment, so when he created the Bengals it was the same uniforms and helmets, but he added the word Bengals on the helmets. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cincinnati_Bengals From Wiki When the team debuted in 1968, the Bengals' uniforms were modeled after the Cleveland Browns. When Paul Brown was fired by Art Modell, Brown still owned the equipment used by Cleveland. So after the firing, Paul Brown packed up all his equipment, which he then used for his new team in Cincinnati. The Cleveland Browns' team colors were brown, orange, and white, then they changed to white, black, and orange, and their helmets were solid orange with a white dorsal stripe over the crest.

http://www.chatsports.com/cleveland-browns/a/exclusive-browns-preparing-offer-urban-meyer-biggest-coaching-contract-nfl-history-24607 "Following numerous conversations exclusive to Chat Sports over the last month with several of our most trusted sources, we have learned that the Cleveland Browns have plans to fire head coach Mike Pettine and offer Ohio State football coach Urban Meyer the largest coaching contract in NFL history. The contract would also likely include an option for a small equity ownership in the Browns' organization. The sources are close to Browns ownership and have ties to several Big Ten athletic departments."

He and his nearly $200 sweatpants are perhaps the poster child for fashion's latest obsession. What Is Athleisure? Davis' sweats are part of a growing trend called "athleisure." Gym clothes are making their way out of the gym and becoming a larger part of people's everyday wardrobes http://www.npr.org/2015/04/08/397138654/for-the-modern-man-the-sweatpant-moves-out-of-the-gym

The Ohio State University Buckeyes Football Discussion
From 1-23-2015.... Here's another surprise: according to one NFL team executive, Jones could have been drafted as high as the top 10 or 15 picks. "Maybe he would have gone in the second round," the executive told foxsports.com, "but I think it's just as likely (he) could have gone in the top 10 or 15. Look at that body, that arm -- and look at his competition (in the draft). The same executive also expressed surprise that Jones (6-foot-5, 250 pounds) decided to return to Ohio State. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000462467/article/report-cardale-jones-could-have-been-top-1015-draft-pick

I don't think so http://www.sbnation.com/nba/2014/6/25/5820488/nba-draft-2014-international-prospects-dante-exum-dario-saric When a drafted NBA player goes to or stays in Europe, the team that drafted him retains his NBA rights but does not pay him. The European club does. The NBA team can bring him back at any time by signing the prospect to a rookie deal. If he's a first-round pick, the salary schedule is already set in stone based on what pick was used on him. If he's a second-round pick, there's some room for negotiation. In either case, the player must consent by signing the deal
