Cleveland: Downtown Office Buildings Updates
Re: new owners of 200 PS: https://www.wsj.com/real-estate/commercial/malls-real-estate-shopping-24c3d7fd Not sure how they do their 'cut it up and subdivide' with a skyscraper but I'm sure they've got ideas. FWIW it doesn't have air rights, yet.

A Road Is A Road To Socialism Road
A 7,000-Pound Car Smashed Through a Guardrail. That’s Bad News for All of Us. If roads need to be updated to accommodate absurdly large cars, taxpayers will foot the bill. https://slate.com/business/2024/02/car-safety-guardrails-bloat-electric-vehicles.html

Cleveland Hopkins International Airport
If only there were a train that went directly into the station...also, if you're in a rush or feeling stingy you can always take an uber to the Brookpark station and hop on the train from there (you don't get dinged for the airport geofence w/that...or just use the park and ride spaces...). Uber users at Cleveland Hopkins pay among nation’s highest premiums for airport pickups, according to new study https://www.cleveland.com/travel/2024/02/uber-users-at-cleveland-hopkins-pay-among-nations-highest-premiums-for-airport-pickups-according-to-new-study.html

Cleveland: Downtown: Convention Center Atrium & Expansion
So not direct, but you go down the escalator into a large area (that usually has art up and is open daily) that have medium rooms off to each side. Keep walking and you come to a T with the Hilton to the left and main convention center area to the right. All said it's maybe a ten min walk... Maybe.

Cleveland-Akron: Bicycling Developments and News
Not huge news, but was poking around Fairfax and the E89th pedestrian bridge is open - it follows the general design of bridges across the Opp Cor. I don't think the chair was installed by ODOT.

I've read the article, aside from being quoted as "we believe the saga is not over", they have not made any other offer at the company. They spent a bunch of the earnings call explaining their bid as "Company D" and value of said bid ($54/share). From Cle dot com: While the Nippon Steel offer was all cash, Cleveland-Cliffs was offering $27 of cash, $27 of stock and $6.50 of potential cost-savings for each share, Cliffs executives said. Celso and CEO Lourenco Goncalves said that made Cleveland-Cliffs offer worth more than $60 a share. Crains: An insistent and indignant Goncalves, along with his son and CFO Celso Goncalves, used much of the company’s quarterly conference call with investors on Tuesday, Jan. 30 to tell analysts and others, “We believe the saga is not over.” While he didn’t get into specifics about how his company plans to still defeat rival Nippon, Goncalves was insistent that his offer represented a better deal to U.S. Steel shareholders, its employees and the U.S. generally.- Cleveland: Cleveland-Cliffs
Where are you seeing this?- Cleveland: Ohio City: Development and News
This is how they did the Superior Midway reveal too, here's a pic (of that) so others can kinda see what you're describing...they didn't have the widths taped out, but they did have the entire route printed out with where crossings would be and what type of infra there'd be. I've noticed this is kind of in vogue - they did something similar when it came to the CHEERS presentation. It was interesting reading peoole's perspectives on the specifics of the designs though, I'll say that much. It's definitely the people with more time and willingness/appetite to put up with meetings that get heard and it definitely doesn't reflect everyone's opinion to say the least. Glad the city is moving away from 20 people tanking projects that benefit thousands of people (including those 20! post build).- Cleveland: Downtown: Playhouse Square Development and News
