Cleveland: Asiatown: Development and News
Where are you biking from? Maybe it's just me but Payne is a great road to scoot into Asiatown, and if you go north all of the 'factory streets' north of St. Clair are also pretty great (and quiet!).

Semantics, but I'm guessing you meant 2034. In the fall aerials you can see the foundation is dug on that address.

Oh man, 3664 was up for sale a few years ago and I drove by too many times to count. Really looked like a neat space- I know previous owner had a coffee shop(?) and music space or something like that (trying to remember to the old listing). It has some real potential assuming the brick is in okay shape! Definitely jealous haha

2022 Cuyahoga County Executive Election
Good article today from cle dot com on Bill Mason and his (seemingly) dwindling grip on local politics It's a subscriber exclusive so here's the link for cuy co library members: https://infoweb-newsbank-com.eresources.cuyahogalibrary.org/apps/news/openurl?ctx_ver=z39.88-2004&rft_id=info%3Asid/infoweb.newsbank.com&svc_dat=AMNEWS&req_dat=0FDEC62F6DF22455&rft_val_format=info%3Aofi/fmt%3Akev%3Amtx%3Actx&rft_dat=document_id%3Anews%2F188239699DBB0DB0

Cleveland: Mayor Justin Bibb
At first I had the same reaction then thinking about it, I've kind of come to agree with him. 1.5 hours of additional time being open isn't exactly make it or break it for a bar. I mean, @mack34 tweeted the other day about downtown being dead after a game gets out at like 930, letalone staying open till 4. I've experienced the response time of our thinly stretched police dept and this event isn't like the rnc where we have additional outside depts to cover downtown. As a cle resident I'm aok with our police not being stretched even thinner.. Maybe we can get some inside baseball from@KFM44107

I haven't been in here I'm a while sorry if this has already been posted..- Cleveland: Random Visualizations & Massings
I know it's a sidebar convo in here, but the Northside is starting to build up around the stadiums (baseball and football) and I just saw today that an apt bldg has been proposed on a lot by the ballpark (I think). They're also building up around the Strip District where there was a lot of lots. The PNC Tower was under construction when I still lived there and it was a cluster vs SHW site and our wide roads/such a massive buildable lot. I'd be game to continue the conversation in a more appropriate part of the forum haha.- Greater Cleveland RTA News & Discussion
I'll say it was nice seeing RTA out last night as I was xc skiing in the same street lol the driver was a little confused when I stopped and gave them a 🤙 haha- Cleveland Mayoral Race 2021

I always tell folks to consider how dense our skyline would be if we were confined to the "Golden Triangle". That said, pgh has narrower streets downtown and it really helps it feel like a buzzing downtown. But I digress. Thanks @Geowizicalfor your renders, if ya don't mind I may shoot some more photos your way :)- Cleveland: Downtown: Skyline 776 (City Club Apartments)

Not a popular opinion but yep, these are The Edison pt 2 or mariners watch pt 2. Llama has a point that something is better than nothing but meh, it's not like it WON'T be developed at this point. If block clubs can block a beautiful apartment bldg and demand worse, then idk why it's so hard to demand better for such a public place. But don't mind me I'm in a bah humbug mood today haha.- Cleveland: Random Visualizations & Massings
Here's a couple submissions for a SHW massing (or new Bedrock/old NuCLEus site).. And more SHW Centric:- Cleveland: Slavic Village: Development and News
