This was precovid but I remember (maybe not fully fleshed out) folks talking about maybe allegiant or even spirit or some low cost carrier kind of using it as a base of sorts. If there were some base of sorts of imagine that'd help immensely.

Are you on a main road? They can dim them (I'm in OB and I noticed they were MUCH brighter when I went to visit a buddy in the W. 80's) but I don't know how you'd go about requesting something like that.

The past few times I've gone by they repainted and for now have outdoor seating and whatnot. I'm sure it'll be interesting once it gets built out. Between this and Clark-Metro things, Platform/Inbev is really putting money into things (also if you're in the Phunkenship notice how all their kegs are Anheuser Busch now...)

I know I'm not KJP, but it seems like a good integration with new CPD HQ/campus? Kind of a knock to the 'Opportunity Corridor' branding though having JJC and that right there. Not sure if a jail has to be downtown (outside of 'convenience' to the courts) maybe someone else can better answer that.

Dang, imagine how much increased traffic there would be w/Rock Hall&HoF ticket combo deals. Not everyone rents a car when on vacation and good luck getting between the two without one.

It was always pretty busy during lunch (I'd walk by coming from the county building) it was just an awkward space inside- I think they should've stuck with it as a carryout and outside seating. I think part of the success of Sittoo's not necessarily because of location but more so because it's got a ton of seating and folks seem to camp out there quite a bit. Regardless, it's still a bummer and it isn't really relevant to Lumen so I'll shut up.
