I have noticed some significant construction going on lately at the old HHGregg store and I *think* they might be turning it into either a new Tesla dealership or showroom. The reason I say that is because there are quite a few Teslas parked in the parking lot over there. It makes me think that they plan to close the Tesla showroom on The Strand and move it across the street. This would then leave that space open for the Shake Shack that is supposed to be coming.
