  1. Nothing to be concerned about - kind of lame.
  2. I just saw those yesterday for the first time. I was perplexed. The walls, on the other hand, are the most attractive I ave seen anywhere. I was very surprised.
  3. I never knew this used to have four stories - interesting. NewsNet 5:
  4. I think this was proposed a few years back (2002-3ish) by some cat named Scaravelli, or something like that. FC wanted no part of it, and they own most of the land.
  5. And they have group discounts too.
  6. If we're sticking to the 28th rule, I'm in.

  9. (updated article from last week) pd: Cleveland makes excellent choice for North Coast bridge Sunday, September 02, 2007 by Steven Litt Hooray for the city of Cleveland. The city's top choice for a design team to create a new $6.1 million pedestrian bridge at North Coast Harbor clearly was the best of the six that sought the job -- and the one most likely to produce an outstanding result. The winning team will be led by the local office of Wilbur Smith Associates, a national firm. But the star on the squad is Miguel Rosales, a 46-year-old native of Guatemala who has devoted his career to improving the design of bridges in the United States... more at: http://www.cleveland.com/entertainment/plaindealer/steven_litt/index.ssf?/base/entertainment-0/1188636818161750.xml&coll=2&thispage=1
  10. As usual, excellent shots. In the old at&t building picture, why does one row of windows say "thanks?"
  11. You are absolutely correct. I apologize for over generalizing. Not all architecture students are arrogant. And not all planning students are over-the-top-optimistic. My statements were based on anecdotal incidents from the past four years, as opposed to a lifetime's career. Yes, you are so very right. Everyone always needs A LOT to learn

I know. I know. Sheesh... Don't get your panties in a bunch. I used to watch them too. That and Little Rascals. That was my fave. Get out of school a 3:00, walk home (that's right young'uns - walk), get a snack and watch the crazy Rascal's adventures.

Yes I did. Thanks. So, this must make yousomewhere around 65 yr old?
  14. I agree. I see an opportunity (although highly unlikely) for this to be part of Pesht.
  15. Perhaps you should have another looksy at the two master plans. Plan scheme 1 consist of cc, hotel and conference hotel. Scheme 2 does include a mixed-use neighborhood. Both show the cc with a green roof (similar to the current location. Parking is essential to the area due to its proximity to the stadium; this shows it up graded and partially contained within the structure. Other pluses: Using RTA Waterfront Line 120 slip public marina 3.001 million sq ft total surface area 1.216 million is green space = 40% green space (parks, trails, and so on) 45,000 sq ft residential minus: needs to wait for the port to move - too long

  19. ^Don't forget about the "extra" $40 million lying around in a closet that needs spending.
  20. Very nice. It's going to be a shame when they demo the tower and accidentally let it fall on the rotunda.
