I like the second one as well for the same reasons stated. Plus, it is very modern and has motion. i do not, as stated earlier in the thread, like the incorporation of red or blue in the logo. I do not think we should have a color that might be misconstrued as a political statement. The third one has green in it - not a particularly attractive shade of green, but green nonetheless. Could we see the second one in maybe black letters w/green circle?

Ahhhh! Very nice, Cincy-Rise. I really like the first one better then the second one. What do the stars symbolize? Maybe an outline of the state inside the "O". Just something subtle, or translucent. Plus it should be a few more pixels larger to match the "o" on the end.
