Cleveland: Flats Developments (Non-Stonebridge or FEB)
There was a question about an over plan for the flats in the Cleveland Thread. I looked through all of the plans the city has on their site and they only have the individual plans for East Bank and Scranton Pen.

Favorite Music At The Moment?
Only for the Headstrong best track for me would be Dominator by Human Resource. That's still a kicker for me Human Resource - Dominator (Joey Riot & Technotrance 2005 Rmx) [mp3=200,20,0,center]http://www.openftp.net/ftp/ftp/upload.2006/upload.2005/Hardcore/Hardcore%20Nation%202/213%20-%20Human%20Resource%20-%20Dominator%20(Joey%20Riot%20&%20Technotrance%202005%20Rmx).mp3[/mp3] I'm Bigger, and Bolder, and Rougher and Tougher, in other words Sucker, there is no other On Mix This Pussy, well, Tenaglia has always been an excellent DJ. Damn, that cd is 12 years old. I worked at Aquilon (The Lift, Smart Bar, Whiskey, Planet X, etc) for almost the whole time it existed. There were many crazy nights there. I actually had the chance to drive RuPaul back and forth from the club to the hotel. I had a Cavalier hatchback - RuPaul was not very happy trying to fit in that thing. (Maybe one day I will scan a picture of what I used to look like when I operated the freight elevator for all of you old timers.) Not to be picky, but U4RIA was actually U4IA. Worked there, too. Speaking of west side clubs, does anyone Hank's Cafe on Detroit and West 116th. Yup, worked there too. Learned my spinning skills there from Rob Sherwood (before Mike Filley came along) Who I'm really into these day: The Postal Service The Capricorns Black Rebel Motorcycle Club Crispy Ambulance Architecture In Helsinki Tell Your Mom I Said Hi Arcade Fire The Who Boys Suburban Kids with Biblical Names Sun Ra Electric President Dead Can Dance and mostly anything that is in my signature. I love music.

Those sculptures were very cool. I wonder where they are now?- Cleveland: Historic Hanna Fountains
There are no dates on the photos. I imagine from the clothes worn that it is late 60s or very early 70s.- Cleveland Urban Planning: Why dont we get it?
This is what it comes down to - that's all there is to it. The city has/is continuing to refine its zoning code to create more sustainable neighborhoods. There is only so much they can do without turning off any new potential developers.- Vintage 3 C's B&W's
Here you go. This should help your memory: http://www.urbanohio.com/forum2/index.php?topic=13435.msg199206#msg199206- Cleveland: Historic Hanna Fountains
There was an old b/w on another thread with the Hanna Fountains in it and it caused me to remember I had a bunch of photos given to me by such and such a person at such and such place. So, without further delay - I present... [glow=red,2,300]THE HISTORIC HANNA FOUNTAINS[/glow]- Cleveland: Upper Chester: Development and News

No kidding. I thought it had something to do with the Solar Con. since this particular stripe was near the Convention Center entrance on Lakeside.- Cleveland Guardians Discussion
NOPE- Above Cleveland
I noticed that too. I count 18 in this shot (used, decommissioned, etc) I was also wondering about the direction of most of the shots. If the shots were taken from the area near CSU on a clear day, I think I would have been able to see my house. Regardless, thanks for the incredible pics.- Cleveland: Crime & Safety Discussion
I commend Art on this. Good for him.- Cleveland: Hot Summer Day Downtown
^Or Mauve.- Strip District proposed in flats???

Hey, I said he was involved with it (and Kuri too), but I recall being dismissed like a homeless person on Public Square.- Cleveland: Hot Summer Day Downtown
