There was a question about an over plan for the flats in the Cleveland Thread. I looked through all of the plans the city has on their site and they only have the individual plans for East Bank and Scranton Pen.

There are no dates on the photos. I imagine from the clothes worn that it is late 60s or very early 70s.

This is what it comes down to - that's all there is to it. The city has/is continuing to refine its zoning code to create more sustainable neighborhoods. There is only so much they can do without turning off any new potential developers.

I noticed that too. I count 18 in this shot (used, decommissioned, etc) I was also wondering about the direction of most of the shots. If the shots were taken from the area near CSU on a clear day, I think I would have been able to see my house. Regardless, thanks for the incredible pics.
