So what are the rest of the properties? I count five in this article. I'm guessing most of the properties along the river except for the old Basement (whatever it is called now). Is this going to be a world class fence?

Cleveland Innerbelt takings: What we stand to lose (photo essay)
Thought these would help clear up what is currently (as of Feb 1) on ODOT list. There is also a board of possible historic issues as well. And, here is a rendering of the currently proposed curve. It does not look like there will be any taking of the any of the rail yard from what I can tell, but I could be wrong.

^I guess this is a "NO!" :x- Cleveland: Flats Developments (Non-Stonebridge or FEB)
I figured that about the other thread. I just wasn't sure since the title on the other one specifically states "Phase 5." Anyway, thanks for the non-casino update.- Cleveland: Flats Developments (Non-Stonebridge or FEB)
I think this thread has been quiet long enough. Has anyone heard any news (preferred good)? Or did the casino defeat stall it?- Cleveland: Tremont: Development and News
Whats wrong with that? I have picture windows over my bathtub. It nice just to sit and soak will watching the stars and listening to soft music with a nice mug of cocoa or the occasional glass of wine. I've always lived in old houses, so seeing the big wind perpendicular to the over-sized faucet threw me for a loop.- Cleveland: Retail News
I saw the photo of his store in the PD. This could lead to some problems if certain, ignorant people misconstrue the store owners intention... or at least his implied intention.- Cleveland: Flats East Bank
I drove by today. Nothing but the wind. Saw this. So maybe really, really soon.- Cleveland: Steelyard Commons
I have a contact who is high up in PR at Wal-Mart and another reason for such security is, some contractors buy lots of goods. Then later in the day or two, go back to the store, with receipt in hand, load up a cart then proceed to register and ask for a refund. From what I understand, this type of behavior has been increasing over the last few years. So for those of you who have been to SYC, what is the security of the grounds like? Does the property have its own security team? Once the ball gets rolling in a few months, I would think the security would need to be present for people walking to/from cars or store to store, as the area is secluded. Yes, SYC has security. they drive around in a white ford label SYC security. its just like other malls. I always see them when I cut through. Maybe its because there is only one store open and the rent-a-cops were bored, but when I was down there after the official street opening taking pictures, they were following me the whole time. Rookies.- Cleveland: Tremont: Development and News
I just looked at the photos. I can't say I would live in them intentionally, but they are not "hideous." The construction on the front makes it appear as if the whole thing was done on the cheap. I don't think these houses would do well in most other parts of the city, but they look good here They add a nice diversity to the rest of the housing stock in the neighborhood. And they have great view from the back. What's up with that giant window right next to the bathtub?- Cleveland: Restaurant News & Info

That part of the EC will be done by then. The portion near East 4th will be "f'ed up" during this years iNGENUiTY. I'm glad they will be utilizing portions of the CSU campus as well - at least according to the map.- Cleveland: Cleveland State University: Development and News

Cimperman recently stated the owner is quite upset because our friends, ODOT, have the newly expanded (and at the time, without an occupancy permit) on the list of takes for the Innerbelt project. I wish I had time to help with the G-Mapping. That is a great idea.- Cleveland: Steelyard Commons
RTA has been providing service to SYC since the day Home Depot opened. That's only one store.- Cleveland: Steelyard Commons
Yes. It is not a statue (I know, semantics). The artist (local) Michael Murphy, spent a lot of time with the community when designing his sculpture. It was designed to have a specific look from every angle when approaching the roundabout (it's not a traffic circle, again semantics). The main image will be seen when driving on West 14th toward SYC. It is a hand holding a Lotus Flower which signifies the act of giving. It was approved last October by the Planning Commission with commendations from Lillian Kuri. Here is the summary from that meeting http://clevelandplanner.blogspot.com/2006/10/september1-2006-cleveland-planning.html:- Lakewood: Development and News
I found out today that there is a design charette on Friday for a TOD on West 117th. To my knowledge, the only TOD discussed for this area is one in the city's Connecting Cleveland plan, and is generally in the area between Detroit and Clifton. It is tied with the proposed West Shore Transit Corridor. Ironically, I cannot attend since I will be at the West Shore Corridor stakeholders meeting on Friday at NOACA. I don't have any other information on the design charette. this Charrette is only one day? I was under the impression they were 2-3 day planning events. This is the long awaited partnership Cleveland and Lakewood have talked about so each city's plans for the West 117th corridor are in sync. The meeting in question is the kick off meeting for the two cities and their stake holders. Too bad they did not have this discussion set up before the crap being built at 117 and Madison started. KJP, do you have anyone you could send as a proxy?- Cleveland: Random Development and News
