Urbanlife is correct. (But you are not allowed to jaywalk or do u-turns in Cleveland either... so who knows what the rules really are?)

From the Warehouse District to the Gold Coast should not run more then twenty dollars... hitting every light... with a flat tire.

Cleveland: Flats East Bank
I did a general search on Flicker and found 712 pics, athough most of them ar the typical skyline/lit bridge shots. There were a few gems hidden within. http://www.flickr.com/search/?q=cleveland%20flats&w=all

They always have change. Their lying... period. I would just leave and not pay. What are they going to do, chase you. Unlikely. Not for five dollars. $50, maybe... but not 5 Worse case he calls the police. You can tell them I tried to pay him, but he would not give me change. Chances are the type of driver that is going to try to pull something like that is not going to want to deal with po-po.

It came down to what the boss liked and disliked. He thinks it looks to brutalistic with the taller version. Funny, huh? Here is a shot of just the model:

It can be free standing or go on a building. That is the location of where it will be built. I only took photos of the model and photoshopped them into the google images - so this is pretty much how they will look (just not so water-colory... unless you live in a fish bowl).

I just found out this morning that the propose 300ish foot tower will likely not be more then 200'. So I will have to redo the renderings. Anyway - As promised:
-
Cleveland: Reserve Square
I was under the impression that all of the inside stores were ONLY going to have street entrances; that is, all of the inside entrances were to be closed to the public.
-
Cleveland: Downtown: The Avenue District
Can't argue with one of the greatest movies ever made.
-
Cleveland: Reserve Square
The whole front entrance is going to be redone with a translucence glass that will still show the granite during the day but will be lit up at night. Plus the current passenger drop off area is going to be reconfigured.

Cleveland: Downtown: The Avenue District
I'm picturing a wall of billboards like that seen in the movie Brazil. The part where they are in the truck riding on the freeway. It's about flights of fantasy. And the nightmare of reality. Terrorist bombings. And late night shopping. True Love. And creative plumbing.

Cleveland: Reserve Square
Just the paint jb. It's been up a while now, but I haven't seen any comments about it. I think there as picture on the Avenue thread - hold on. Here it is.

You are correct. And seeing as this capital bill is about a year late, it is likely Taft will want to get his name on it before he walks.

Cleveland: Cleveland State University: Development and News
Hurray for us!!! (apologies if this posted elsewhere) Cuyahoga projects included in state budget Wednesday, December 06, 2006 Aaron Marshall Columbus - Christmas came almost three weeks early for dozens of state-supported community projects in Cuyahoga County as state lawmakers unveiled a $1.78 billion capital budget bill on Tuesday that bulged with gifts of bricks and mortar. The biggest presents placed under Cleveland's tree: $6.75 million in Cultural Facilities Commission projects, including $3 million for the Cleveland Museum of Art; $1.85 million for local parks projects, with $1 million for the East Bank Flats project and more than $17 million for Cleveland State, including $10 million for a new College of Education building.... I made some renderings of the wind spire this week. I will post them tomorrow.

Cleveland: Cleveland State University: Development and News
I just read something about this today in one of the school rags - i forget which one and it was not very clear what they were doing or why. All it said was, well, basically the same thing they said over a year ago when the experiment was first started. I will try to find the article.

CLEVELAND - shots of the ArtCraft Building (Live/Work) and beyond
Thanks. I stand corrected... plus I looked at the Innerbelt Conceptual Alternatives Study and confirmed it is NOT one of the potential 15 takes.

The drivers Cab License number which is supposed to be "predominantly" displayed for the passengers to see. It is the colored card that has the drivers name and photo on it.

CLEVELAND - shots of the ArtCraft Building (Live/Work) and beyond
Too bad it is one of the buildings proposed to come down when the innerbelt reconstruction is underway - whenever that is. Or am I thinking of a different building?
