Not that it adds a significant number of jobs to the total, but Euclid actually has two Amazon facilities. There is a FLEX operation on Bluestone and it employs roughly 50 people (just a wild guess from what I've physically seen there since it opened almost three years ago). I imagine whatever number of jobs are at that location might be the same number as at the FLEX location in Twinsburg. Euclid serves almost all of Northeast Ohio. From Ashtabula to Lorain and as far south as Akron. Twinsburg is a smaller operation delivering mainly around the I-80 corridor. There is also FLEX center in Canton which also delivers Amazon Fresh (currently the only on in NE doing so). Since these new locations are, according to the Crain's article, smaller than the main distribution centers, My guess is that they will take some of the stress from the Euclid location for delivery to points west and will solidify the introduction of Amazon Fresh and Amazon Restaurant Delivery (maybe) to the Cleveland and surrounding areas.

Did a dry cleaner used to be located on this site? That's what the chemical mentioned in the article (tetrachloroethylene) is mainly used for.

A couple of responses not already touched on in the article: Opening night has been held at the Conner the past two years and were both sold out (iirc) Parking is always an issue - particularly during events like Indians Home Opener (ugh) There will actually be more parking in the same general footprint available for PSQ than at TC (CSU and other lots) We already have plans worked out for ticket holders vs. standby that have worked out just fine whenever we have had the neighborhood showings, so this is not a problem - and if there is a problem, we will tweak it just like we do every year Generally - suburbanites complain about everything ?

Yes. They will close, but it might not be permanent. The staff at TCC are being told there will be renovations bring the theaters up to what current modern theater seating is like. However, this is only from the staff that work there - not management.

After 30 years in the downtown theater complex, the festival is moving to a new, permanent home for its 2021 fest and beyond. But not just any home. CIFF will be calling the city’s premier entertainment district home: Playhouse Square. It was a move born of necessity, but one that should reap huge benefits for the festival, Playhouse Square — and downtown. “Every year, we have had this uncertainty hanging over us with the future of Tower City,” says executive director Marcie Goodman. “We formed a committee way back in 2007 to start to look for options if we had to leave the theaters. LOL Well, I do also watch Marvelous Mrs. Maisel with Mrs. Musky when she is not working night shift We also watch together Man in the High Castle. There are plenty of other shows I want to watch. I'm just leary of getting hooked on something only to have it cancelled. So I recently decided to wait until the show has run its course before starting it - that's not written in stone though.

I'm thinking of watching Black Mirror next. I watched Netflix's 6 Underground last night.... meh.

I enjoyed it. It was nice to have some loose ends be tied up. In fact, I think everything was put to rest except how the rest of the White family may have recovered - understanding, of course, this movie was not about them. I think they could have played more into the PTSD role then was shown in the first part of the movie. I took me watching the movie to actually realize the show was not necessarily about Walter's downward spiral and its effect on those around him, but rather it really was about Jesse and his journey.

Just started Breaking Bad around Thanksgiving and just finished it and El Camino this past weekend. Very nice American tragedy storytelling; disturbing and at times uncomfortable, but nice nonetheless.
