Whoa! That's were the Left Bank Building is now. I used to live... um, "work" there about 20 years ago.

Starting today at 9:00 AM, the city will be taking applications from those who wish to open an Internet/Sweepstakes Cafe'. At 7:30 AM, as I pulled into the parking lot, I saw this line forming at the door... in the rain. (sorry for the pic quality - it is raining after all)
