  1. Awesome news KJP! And great views. i wonder if Euclid would let me move my office to Downtown CLE ;)
  2. There are no smaller areas, its one giant room. Like I said, the food is good though. I believe you are mistaken. From their FB page:
  3. We (Euclid) are working with McD currently as they are proposing a new store in our Downtown Overlay District. They are pretty much doing everything we ask of them, Although there will still be PLENTY of variances that need to be approved from P&Z, and Architectural Review Board. I can't see why Lakewood would just "rubber-stamp" it. And I doubt HIGHLY they would NOT put a drive-up facility there. In fact, it will likely be a double lane facility. I guarantee it.

How does the coffee and glass cleaner fit into all of this?
  5. Look again at the new housing parking lots. You do realize there is more "super-lot" (as they are called by the school administration) parking adjacent to the proposed project, right? I give them credit though for slowly removing these super-lots and building the garages. Thus freeing space for more projects like this.
  6. One more in Euclid. There is one at the Tri-C Regional Transportation Institute. So in one years time - there will be four of the regions turbines in one city.
  7. None in the CLE region
  8. ^I wish they could keep the Kinko's Building.

  11. Correct. There are two going up near the split. The first one (pictured) is the Sopko one. The second will be on the adjacent Stamco parcel. (Both business are owned and operated independently by the same family.) Both towers are a joint effort with Case.
  12. With original DJs Allyssa Allison, Rob Sherwood and surprise guests. Information about this event can be found at www.nineofclubsreunion.com FB link: https://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=236381013082617

I got married this year to a woman I dated 20 years ago. She has a 27 year old daughter (with hubby) and 4 year old grand daughter. They recently moved in with us in our house at Kamm's Corners. We feel fortunate that we can provide a home for them during there time of need in such a great urban neighborhood with everything in walking distance. Oh, and they just had another another baby - I am now Papa Scott

  20. The Sopko Wind Tower is completely up. No real work has started on the adjacent (and much larger) Stampco tower

Pretty cool. You can now view information the solar panels at the library and city hall roofs here: http://www.solrenview.com/lib/frmsrv.html?cgi=/cgi-bin/CGIhandler.cgi?&site_ID=792&color=green
  23. I haven't been there yet, but will very soon. I think the feeling of openness is an awesome feeling, as it is with Dante. If one does not like that openness then they should ask to sit in the smaller areas set aside (just like they have at Dante). Can't wait to go there.
