IIRC, there was a time limit given to the developer by the City Planning Commission. They approved the current parking configuration and gave them something like two years to develop it - otherwise the planning gods would strike the developers down... or something like that. That was over two years ago.

And yet they will not call my sorry Master Degree but for a stupid interview for one of the stupid G1 - G4 positions. Don't understand that at all considering some of the people I see walk out of that building
  7. There is a "stadium' of sorts in the master plan, but at the time the thinking was more of a baseball field. Of course, that can be re-thought out. IIRC, the field is proposed on the Super Lot between Chester and St. Clair.
  8. I wonder who will be on the 'Blue Ribbon Panel.' I hope they have a place for the Lerner Family and the City of Cleveland. It would be great to work on a deal where the university could use the stadium on Saturdays. (Does any one hear $1 a year lease for 50 years?)
  9.     Cleveland State considers a new name and a new football team Posted by kturner October 14, 2008 13:36PM CLEVELAND - Cleveland State University is considering a name change, perhaps to something like the University of Cleveland. And the urban university is also thinking about adding football for the first time to its list of varsity sports. During today's university convocation, President Michael Schwartz said in his "State of the University" address he wants a blue ribbon panel to give him a recommendation on the football team before July 1 when he is scheduled to retire. He also said the program will have to be structured to pay for itself. Schwartz said adding football is part of a continuing effort to make CSU into a more residential campus by beefing up student life. more at: http://www.cleveland.com

Try this one, my first job at Applebee's required me to say this: "Thank you for calling Applebee's on south 76th Street featuring great carside service to go! My name's AJ! How can I be your neighbor?"
