Plans were drawn up and approved by the Planning Commission about 3 or 4 years ago. They were done by City Architecture, including an attractive 3D computer rendering. I believe these plans were used to secure this money.

I'm pretty sure I put a graphic on here somewhere showing the plan for dorms in that area. Besides, it IS in the master plan.

That is correct. Peter Lewis paid for the planning study. Before I left, Schwartz and the Board of Trustees were attempting to court him into providing the funds to build it. Don't know the outcome of that.

That is going to be EXCELLENT news when its released. And I love APOC's work also - incredible work from them.
Except after a playoff game from most teams in Cleveland... and St. Patricks Day, tthen the population is easily doubled.
Although I'm not in that loop anymore, I recall the schedule starting immediately after the spring semester ends. But the parking lots might be closed before that to start the staging setup.
I was surprised to see that in the paper. They sure are pushing for that hard all of the sudden.
