I'm guessing this is because the Trump administration has fired the people responsible for managing the CHIPS Act.
I’m not sure if it’s related to this project but I’ve seen lots of utility work at the intersection of Rich and 4th street.
Has anyone heard news on the old Greyhound station Downtown? It's been vacant for a very long time...

No doubt this is an ugly and terrible downgrade but I’m totally willing to forgive them if they bring a Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods to downtown. The grocery store will have a much bigger impact on the neighborhood than a tower ever will.

Anyone else seriously concerned this project will never be finished due to Intel's terrible stock and company performance? Pat Gelsinger's seat as CEO must be getting very hot as investors lose patience.
I still think they should add some sort of finish on the roof line so it doesn't look so boxy.
