No doubt this is an ugly and terrible downgrade but I’m totally willing to forgive them if they bring a Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods to downtown. The grocery store will have a much bigger impact on the neighborhood than a tower ever will.- Columbus: Children's Hospital Projects
