  1. They're nice, but not nice enough to charge Manhattan or San Francisco prices. Plus they're not that big square footage wise. This is a great example of why office to residential conversion isn't so easy. Looks like they're already offering 2 months free.
  2. Wait...are those grey panels the final product? Big yikes if so.
  3. What happened to the backside of the building? It looks nothing like the rendering.
  4. Noooo why did they get rid of the rooftop signage :(
  5. Update on the Greenhouse apartments in the Short North
  6. Excuse the very rushed picture. Looks like they’re taking a crane down.
  7. NCH confirmed construction of its new hospital tower expansion will start in October. This rendering appears to be new.
  8. New art pieces were installed at Gravity today
  9. The entire Gravity development looks awesome! If you told me 10 years ago that picture above was taken in Columbus particularly in Franklinton, my mind would've been blown. I'm slightly disappointed they chose asphalt for the sidewalks instead some nice brick or stone work, but it's still a huge improvement over what was there before.
  10. Snapped this today. I think its something you have to see in person
  11. This building is so strange. Why did they design it so a bunch of units face the parking garage as opposed to facing east? The parking garage side should be the blank wall in my opinion.

  13. Didn’t Wood Companies say they’re in no rush to get this built? I feel like I saw that quote somewhere.
  14. I saw this while scrolling through the Columbus Reddit page.
  15. Update on the Greenhouse development. Looks like the front half of the building is up to two stories now and rising.
  16. I’m out of the loop on this 13 story building. Are renderings out yet?
  17. Seems odd to have an electrical pole in the middle of the park.
  18. Looks like a really nice building. It’ll be interesting to see how these sell considering it’s next to a McDonald’s, gas station and a busy road. Hopefully this development pushes the area towards more mixed use.
  19. What does everyone think of the facade so far? I think some angles make it look like a big blank wall
  20. Snagged some pics of the greenhouse development today
