Ugh, ODOT is so one dimensional. Their solution is always to build more highways and expand highways. Columbus really doesn’t need more sprawl.

This plot was probably pretty cheap so it would be hard for a developer to justify density like Bridge Park. However, I think this is a big step in reducing some open land inventory while adding a substantial amount of housing.
