Yesssss. I was so nervous this wouldn't get built with the TMUD news.

Crews have fenced off the entire IBEW site, including the grass field next to the parking lot. Also, there’s a bunch of orange plastic barriers for traffic or pedestrians.

It looks like one of the elevator cores has topped out.

There was a lot of activity on the IBEW site today. Looks like they've dug about 4-5 holes around the site for underground utility work. I've also noticed a lot of workers coming in and out of the old IBEW building.

I went by the IBEW again today and there's a new excavator parked on site. Maybe we'll see a ground breaking soon.

Looks like there’s a dumpster and a few porta potties on the IBEW site. Work must be ramping up soon.

Oof. Building A looks so bad. Something like this would fit in the suburbs…not right on Neil.

I was just in the area, and it looks like they have started doing some underground utility work. My guess is that it would be the small alleyway displayed in their rendering. It'll be interesting to see how large the building's footprint turns out to be. They only have the parking lot fenced off, but that picture shows it extending further west on Price.

Yesterday, OSU held a ground breaking ceremony for the new Energy Advancement and Innovation Center at the corner of Lane and Kenny. Does anyone have renderings?
