  1. The subject of this article is quite interesting. However, the awful writing, and the web site on which it’s hosted, are abominations.
  2. Can’t wait to see pics from this view when the tower is done!
  3. There def was. I owned a copy.
  4. It’s definitely funny how people can’t grasp that it’s a lake, but at the same time, they’ve probably never seen a lake anywhere near that big.

I don’t think he was making any sort of moral judgment, I think he was making a snarky yet salient point about the impacts of human activity on our planet. I think we can have babies and work to increase the quality of life for those already here. Call me crazy, but it’s doable.

@Xsaid nothing remotely close to "Having babies is morally wrong."

  8. This is great, thanks for sharing. However, it really sucks for you, because now you have to update this every week or so :P
  9. I believe you mean Reminderville. I live 30 seconds from it and still havent gone...
  10. Reverend Horton Heat still tours? Next, you're gonna drop dates for Mojo Nixon.
  11. Mike DeWine is incredibly ill-equipped to handle well, pretty much anything at this point. He makes Ted Strickland look llike FDR. He couldn't be botherd to give a crap about this until his police started arresting reporters. It took him two weeks to ask for Federal assistance, and only after the mushroom cloud pictures started circulating.
  12. More importantly, what did you order at Porco?
  13. So your argument is that because suburbs are relatively new we should just say F it and deal with them?

Boy, all this talk about 35 year old shoes is my favorite part about my favorite music at the moment.
  16. I disagree. Having that many people living at that intersection will do wonders to activate Euclid from CSU to PS.
  17. Intro Phase II and Bridgeworks. Bridgeworks finally gets financed when they cave to pressue and agree to build a giant skywalk connecting it with Intro II.

I've read the two big ones, I think I'm good with no more Rand.

While its better than Atlas Shrugged, you can probably skip it with no harm done.

The Mitchell injury put a damper on things. And January was a brutal month for them, schedule-wise. Lets see how they look post-All Star break. Love is definitely washed up, though. Its tough watching him move around lol.
  22. This building has had brick veneer falling off of it since 2000, and the parking garage collapsed for Christ's sake. They have been poor landlords for decades, not months or years, and they need to be held accountable. Something needed to be done to get them to address the very real safety concerns. What would you have the city do?
  23. I was wrong, its the Westbury. Here is a taste of what the residents have been dealing with: https://www.cleveland.com/community/2022/01/north-olmsted-awarded-400000-in-westbury-apartments-building-violation-fines.html
  24. I would agree with the for the most but, but one only needs to look at the Westfield in North Olmsted for an abject failure of one of those bigger landlords.

If NE Ohio's absurd berry diversity can't get people to move here, I don't know what will.
