Home Movies was such a little gem. Old School Adult Swim was the bee's knees!

Also saw McCabe and Mrs. Miller for the first time. Boy howdy is that thing a middle finger to the conventional western. Absolutely loved it.

Juts finished Only Murders in the Building. Lots of fun, and you can never go wrong with Steve Martin and martin Short. Selena Gomez really cannot act, but I didn't mind her overall. The cliffhanger that sets up season 2 seems forced? nonsensical? IDK, but I'll give these guys the benefit of the doubt.

I am going to echo the last few sentiments. This thing needs to get laughed out of the planning committee. The peninsula is the most unique developable property in Cleveland, and plopping this monstrosity down on it just for the sake of getting something built there is short-sighted and foolish, to say the least.

I just finished NGE. Its good, and highly influential. But I think too often people conflate confusion with quality. I'd like to see a version of the show where the director had a clear picture of where he was going from the start.

Did it mention which, if any, of these buildings would be for Rocket Mortgage’s expansion? Assuming one of them are, I would figure that it, plus the new courthouse and Cliffs, would be enough to move up the 25-30 year timeline.
