Cleveland: Downtown: Playhouse Square Development and News
Concentration of the media outlets is something I've been pining for for a while. Need to have all the news stations cluster around PHS/CSU. And work with the Greater Cleveland Film Commission and the state to build a studio, maybe on the Wolstein Center site? At least iHeart moved back downtown, though they are a hop, skip, and jump down the road.

Food at BrewDog is a rung above alright. The tacos are decent but overpriced. however, the venue is perfect.

This pic makes me so sad. Fond memories of tasty subs and the bat-sh*t crazy bartender at Moriarty's. Side note, my co-workers referrred to it as Mort's, but I insisted it should be Mory's (Morries?). Who was right?

That’s the thing, I fear they would pat themselves on the back and never touch 90. Still a cool project, though.

I really do like the idea of this island thingy, but doing all this work without moving 90 seems like a giant waste.

Cleveland: Opportunity Corridor Boulevard
Yeah, that bridge is trash all the way around. Is there a formula or a figure out there for how much it costs the city to maintain a mile of road?

Wow, talk about a blast from the past. I always enjoyed them well enough, but by far my favorite thing they ever did was their cover of The Verve Pipe's The Freshman.

Public Areas in Downtown Cleveland
This is the answer! The main library is amazing, and they always have really cool displays and installations. And the architecture is phenomenal as well.

I used to love just walking around the old Brooks Brothers store in Tower City. They guys working there were none too thrilled, but it was such a cool store, you could see a lot of the old details.
