Clearly taking the approach of stepping up in height from the River with these, then heading east to the E&Y building. Many years ago when the project was first announced, this parcels future phase was a 25+ story highrise which I thought was a mistake.

I'm very behin the 8 ball on this one. Is it currently under-construction/renovation? When is the estimated completion date?

And that Milwaukee development is nothing compared to the Bedrock Development getting ready to start in Detroit which has a price tag of $800MM!
