WagChase replied to CMH_Downtown's post in a topic in Central & Southeast Ohio Projects & ConstructionThis building was not built in 1933. I would have guessed it was built the 1950’s but it was built in the 60’s.

Not bad. Although I thought the whole crown would be lit up and what I mean is what looks like the top two floors of the crown would be lit up with multiple colors so I think they missed out on an opportunity to truly light the top of that thing up but I’m not complaining.

That’s what I’m wishing for. I wonder how many feet the 34 story peninsula tower will be. I’m guessing 360’ to 370’ range.

I was just hoping it would be a little taller. Don’t get me wrong, I’m super excited and happy for the new towers.

So even though it’s 31 stories, it’s not going to be much taller than the Hilton. I believe it tops out at 352’. Kind of disappointing.

Not exactly. You still have the crown. But if he’s right then no more concrete floors.
