  1. You sound like an ungrateful child. If it wasn't for the Haslams, there wouldn't be a Columbus Crew or a Lower.com Field.
  2. I like the height but the design is trash. Do better architects.
  3. They are in a hurry to build that ugly building.
  4. It's really unfortunate. The whole design is brutal. There's nothing pleasing about it whatsoever. It will be an eyesore for years to come. Good job commission!
  5. Not my photo, I snatched this from twitter but it was so cool I had to share.
  6. No, I think the word terrible is not strong enough. I would fire the architect and blacklist them for life. They should never be allowed near another project ever again.
  7. Seriously though, what happened to the state of architecture in America? Are all the architects on drugs? It's a serious question. If you go overseas, they still build beautiful buildings that last the test of time. Here, it's like a bad acid trip.
  8. I would go with neutral colors but to each their own I guess. Even if you keep the colors the same, it still needs repainted.
  9. What's the chance they ever repaint the entire convention center neutral colors? I mean everything, the roof and all. It's an eyesore.
  10. They just renovated that garage a few short years ago. I'm sure it will be around for a while.
  11. From the CMH X page. 🚧✈️ Construction update! If you've traveled through CMH lately, you've probably noticed some big changes. International Gateway roadway has shifted north and is now down to two lanes, and the Blue Lot? Halfway gone! Crews are already preparing the site for the new terminal, and each day brings us one step closer to the future of travel in Columbus. Stay tuned for more updates as #CMHNext takes shape!

  13. Ok photoshop warriors, someone with skills please add this building to our skyline.
  14. COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — Demolition is expected to begin this spring to make way for a new mixed-use Columbus tower that recently earned a tax credit from the state of Ohio. Bluestone Brothers Development was awarded a $4.5 million tax credit on Jan. 27 from Ohio’s Transformational Mixed-Use Development Program for “The Estrella” project. Plans call for the 24-story tower to be built on the southeast corner of East Rich and South Fourth streets, currently home to single-story buildings that will face a bulldozer. https://www.nbc4i.com/news/local-news/columbus/24-story-columbus-tower-with-grocer-receives-4-5-million-ohio-tax-credit
