Columbus: Downtown Developments and News
You sound like an ungrateful child. If it wasn't for the Haslams, there wouldn't be a Columbus Crew or a Lower.com Field.

It's really unfortunate. The whole design is brutal. There's nothing pleasing about it whatsoever. It will be an eyesore for years to come. Good job commission!

No, I think the word terrible is not strong enough. I would fire the architect and blacklist them for life. They should never be allowed near another project ever again.

Columbus: Downtown: Capitol Square Renaissance (Edwards Cos.)
Seriously though, what happened to the state of architecture in America? Are all the architects on drugs? It's a serious question. If you go overseas, they still build beautiful buildings that last the test of time. Here, it's like a bad acid trip.

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — Demolition is expected to begin this spring to make way for a new mixed-use Columbus tower that recently earned a tax credit from the state of Ohio. Bluestone Brothers Development was awarded a $4.5 million tax credit on Jan. 27 from Ohio’s Transformational Mixed-Use Development Program for “The Estrella” project. Plans call for the 24-story tower to be built on the southeast corner of East Rich and South Fourth streets, currently home to single-story buildings that will face a bulldozer. https://www.nbc4i.com/news/local-news/columbus/24-story-columbus-tower-with-grocer-receives-4-5-million-ohio-tax-credit
