Without trying to sound cheap, I'm not from the area but love reading about Cbus development. Can anyone save the article as a PDF and post it?

Columbus: Downtown: Hilton Columbus Downtown Tower II
Postcard buildings are pretty on postcards. It's the street level activity that brings the sidewalks to life. Take a look at Boston, MA, a city that's never been known for multiple skyscrapers (Prudential being the most known building). Yet, you go to many of their urban neighborhoods filled with 4-6 floor buildings and the pedestrian activity is what makes the city memorable.

Columbus: Downtown Developments and News
Scott Krajeski replied to G3000's post in a topic in Central & Southeast Ohio Projects & ConstructionI was thinking the same exact thing when browsing their site. I believe expectations for a tower on this site are unrealistic. I see more of a midrise surrounded by 3-4 floor buildings on these lots....

Columbus: Short North Developments and News
Scott Krajeski replied to buildingcincinnati's post in a topic in Central & Southeast Ohio Projects & ConstructionI'd love to stay at Moxy in NOV when I'm coming back to C-bus for the first time in 5 years. From what I can tell, the city has changed drastically. Photos please, would anyone post some Short North photos? ?

Columbus: Downtown: Merchant Building
Scott Krajeski replied to Toddguy's post in a topic in Central & Southeast Ohio Projects & ConstructionHigh five to that! Urbanity and density isn't solely based on height. Height is great for postcards, density is great for vibrancy. I think most people are 'in this' for the activity, options, and density it will bring downtown opposed to how pretty it will look on a postcard. BTW - do people still send postcards? lol

Columbus: Downtown: Millennial Tower
But, it also does say that Quantum Health Inc. needs the space sooner than later. I don't believe the timing would work even if the tower were going vertical tomorrow.
