Last I heard from the leasing agent, yes.

At $3 a square foot rents, I'll take it!

FWIW, significant progress has been made in the week since new management on the interior common spaces and I hope, businesses coming soon. They're still advertising the same businesses as the prior management.

FWIW I am a new hire at SW and my team is entirely WFH. That is rare for the company, however. When I join a new team I will be hybrid, 3 days in the office, which is very common at SW. I am very excited about the new building layout. It suits me just fine.

Not really. You need to ask for a code to get into the restrooms. But I would be surprised if they wouldn't give it to you.

Just moved into the new space. Turns out the old management company was very difficult to work with and the investors pushed them out. New management takes over on the 1st. This helps explain the delays. Supposedly things will shape up very soon. The building will change its' name to "Skyline" The rooftop amenities should open in the fall with the pool ready in May.

Does this count as downtown? I've often wondered if downtown resident data includes this area and the west bank of the flats like Stonebridge

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Having just started working at SW, I'm noticing a lot of employees are technically HQ employees but work from home. Perhaps this is why SW is saying there aren't plans for a second tower. Maybe there isn't space for all employees if they all came in on the same day, but there is enough space for all employees coming downtown on any given day. I hope this isn't the case and if I'm a gambling man I put my money on a second tower simply because KJP implied it's more likely than not. KJP, please correct me if I'm wrong with my last comment.

Cleveland: Restaurant News & Info
I think it was because of the physical space. It didn't look like a pizza joint and was not nearly as aesthetic or welcoming as Geraci's from the outside. On the inside when I've been in there they didn't even have music playing in the background. I hope the space gets filled soon. Great location.

Definitely. Makes me wonder if the info is accurate.

I started working at SW and they are saying there are no plans at all for a HQ2 building. Take that FWIW.

Found out today from someone living in the building, that the former Fitworks in 668 is becoming a gym for residents only.

Just unreal. 9 months of delays and then not being forthright about fees. But yes I'll be in there late next month and we'll get a meetup on the roof someday with any luck!

So I was supposed to move in tomorrow, but they hit me with a surprise fee right at the moment of lease signing. I can't stand stuff like that, so out of principle I pushed my move in date back until late July. Not a big deal anyway as the murphy bed isn't in, the rooftop isn't done, and neither are the coffee shop, bars, or restaurants. This building is mostly about amenities and there are no amenities yet, so no big deal. Sorry about not being able to post photos as promised. I'll get them eventually!

Yeah, the leasing agent is really nice. I feel bad for him. He must have called me 5 times explaining there's been yet another delay. I can only imagine some of the reactions he's been getting.
