Anyone else find this advertisement annoying /lazy? The view is completely inaccurate, the lake is the other direction… also, go to all that trouble to create a nice image and you somehow get the justice center in the picture?!

Talked with a friend that works in the current offices and he’s been told his group won’t even move to the new tower and they could be staying in skylight till a second building is constructed. So it doesn’t sound like there will be an office to residential conversion anytime soon there. He also gave me a nugget that the warrensville facility has supposedly already been sold, anyone hear this?

This is not intended to take this off topic, so no discussion about the absurdity of this tower being proposed in OKC and how it’ll never happen or how ridiculous it looks…. However, Phase 1 of this project is realistic and why I’m posting: Retail, Garages, Dream Hotel, 2 condo towers (everything except the 134 story apt tower) and would fit nicely into the gateway lot, really wish Gilbert could borrow this AO architecture plan. It would look amazing here. Anyway bored and thought this project looked insane and wanted to share with you. Also next time you’re upset about surface parking look at this last pic.
